Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture+ Collect and store specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.+ Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner+ Process billing information and collect payments when required+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis+ Check all test requisitions or computer label against script to ensure 100% accuracy+ Package specimens for transport+ Maintain patient and specimen information logsHard Skills+ Phlebotomy experience+ Specimen Collection+ Blood drawing+ Test ordering+ Paperwork processingSoft Skills+ Attention to detail+ Time management+ Accuracy in data entryWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Nashville, Tennessee.Work EnvironmentDoctor office.
