**Depot Operations Material Handler**

**Contract length:** 6 months with possibility of extension/conversion.

**W2 ONLY, NO C2C**

**Job Role/Responsibilities:**

* As the Depot Operations Material Handler, you will represent the Enterprise Client Computing department, Global Deskside Support Services.

* In this position, you will play a vital role in our Technology Depot supply chain process.

* This includes working with the Operations team on processing and delivering computer equipment for new hire positions, PC rebuilds and all situations where equipment is required for delivery to the colleague.

* Processing completed orders for shipping

* Managing stock in the warehouse facility

* Maintaining stock levels in the Imaging Depot facility

* Receiving computer stock and peripherals from suppliers

* Managing computer inventory and stock within the companys asset management systems

* Coordination and collaboration with your colleagues

* Dedication and follow through on required tasks

**Qualifications:**

* Warehouse experience preferred including shipping and receiving, distribution, and inventory management, including data entry into asset management systems

* The ability to escalate discovered problem situations in the course of daily operations

* Basic understanding of computer hardware and software

* Ability to multitask

* Provide computer imaging assistance and support based on escalated work volume

* Communication and interpersonal skills

* Attention to details and teamwork

* Self-motivation

* At least High School Diploma or equivalent
