The School of Pharmacy at DYouville University is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical, Social and Administrative Sciences. The primary responsibility of this faculty member will be to coordinate and deliver instruction in the Schools pharmaceutical or social and administrative science courses, with a particular emphasis on health outcomes and biomedical sciences. This role is equivalent to half of a standard teaching load (6 credit hours) and may include additional coursework as assigned by the Chair of Pharmaceutical, Social and Administrative Sciences (PSAS). Summary This faculty member will develop, co-coordinate, and deliver a variety of courses and topics in pharmaceutical sciences for the Schools 3-year online Pharm.D. program, participate in the shared governance of the School of Pharmacy, uphold the mission and vision of DYouville University and the School of Pharmacy, and act as an advisor and mentor to Pharm.D. students in the online program. Responsibilities Develop, co-coordinate, and deliver a variety of courses and topics in pharmaceutical sciences for the Schools 3-year online Pharm.D. program. Participate in the shared governance of the School of Pharmacy. Uphold the mission and vision of DYouville University and the School of Pharmacy. Act as an advisor and mentor to Pharm.D. students in the online program. Requirements Ph.D. from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to pharmaceutical sciences. Post-doctoral training is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in utilizing various software programs for online course development and delivery.
