The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the aerospace manufacturing industry in search of a Foundry Worker to join their team The Foundry Worker will be responsible for pouring molten aluminum or steel into molds.

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire
Title: Foundry Worker
Location: Port Hueneme, CA
Work Schedule: 3: 00 am –3: 30 pm, Mon - Fri
Compensation: $17.00/hr

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
  • Able to monitor and control pouring ladles or furnaces.
  • Able to load shells into box ovens for preheating or burn-out.
  • Able to load aluminum or steel ingots into melters for pouring.
  • Able to monitor and control box ovens.
  • Able to load and control the pouring of vacuum melters.
  • Ability to cooperate and work effectively with others.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Ability to work in an extremely hot area where hot aluminum or steel is being melted and poured.
