Sr. Portfolio Accountant

who will supervise and perform the primary accounting function for a diverse publicly traded REIT's corporate and property level General Ledgers (G/L).

Sr. Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities

Generating and reviewing financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basis Handling all financial aspects of several portfolios of senior living communities Developing and fostering a strong relationship with third-party senior living communities’ managers, tenants, and internal asset management staff. Facilitating the calculation and payment of corporate G&A expenses due to the client.

Sr. Portfolio Accountant Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA 3 years of accounting experience Proficiency with Property Management/Accounting software. Yardi preferred Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
