MAZAK ST450 LATHE- program machine using Mazatrol software on the machine control. Use manual functions to improve run times and reduce non-value time.Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.Load and unload material and align material to specs.Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.Familiarity with machines controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN and or Siemens.
