Company – Ronald Mark Associates Location - Hillside, New Jersey (On-site) Position – Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing the warehouse in line with company’s policies.

Oversee and manage the daily workflow of the warehouse on all three shifts for receiving (unloading), warehousing, material handling (for production) and shipping (loading) operations.

Ensuring

receiving/warehousing/shipping

staff adheres to warehouse and handling requirements, Quality Management System standard operating procedures and safety

policies/standards.

Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiencies. Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Responsible for receiving goods according to standard operating procedures. Report any deviations (i.e., quantity, quality, item #) to Procurement Manager and Technical Manager. Unload trucks as required.

Responsible for outgoing shipping. Manage shipping personnel and liaise with Customer Service Dept as required. Load trucks as required.

Oversee raw materials staging according to scheduled Work Order daily. Report any shortfall of materials.

Responsible for cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory levels.

Develop and implement warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Implement appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisors.

Assists management in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers.

Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Collaborate with HR Manager where required.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role. Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies. Familiar with inventory control practices. Proficient with computers. Comfortable using inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to manage all 3 shifts and be flexible to assist each shift when necessary. Ability to prioritize tasks and good time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal License to operate a forklift Understanding of safety rules. Experienced in safety management policies. Physical strength and ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
