Tick and Mosquito Pest Control Technician

Location: Services Fairfield County and/or Litchfield County, CT (Office in Brookfield, CT)

Pay Range: $20 - $21/hr + (depending on experience)

JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company, is one of the top professional pest control companies nationwide. Our Fairfield Branch is looking for Tick and Mosquito Pest Control Technicians.

As a Tick and Mosquito Pest Control Technician in Fairfield County and Litchfield County, CTwith JP McHale Pest Management LLC, you will provide the vital link between our company and our clients through exceptional customer service. You will seek to solve existing Tick and Mosquito problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent future problems. Overall, you'll spend your day helping other people in your community by solving their pest challenges, developing relationships with those on your route, and protecting their homes and businesses.

Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

• Travel to customer locations to provide pest control services
• Apply pest and tick control solution to designated property
• Adhere to company and OSHA/FIFA policies and procedures when carrying out pest control services
• Accurately complete required paperwork in a timely basis
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that customers may need
• Inspect property for potential breeding areas and communicate these to the customers
• Build relationships with customers from a wide range of backgrounds to tailor solutions to meet their needs
• Seek to solve existing pest problems and recommend corrective and preventative measures
• Operate company provided vehicle in a safe manner.
• Must be 21 years or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience to drive a company vehicle.
• Achieve established Key Performance Indicator targets (KPI) of productivity, utilization, customer NPS survey score, and reliability/attendance
• Perform preventative maintenance, and or, solve a pest-related problem for assigned customer
