Position Overview:

As a Sealcoating Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of groundskeepers, landscapers, and snow crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work. Your role will involve planning and assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, adjusting pricing as necessary, providing training and guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. With a focus on customer service excellence, you will also coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of groundskeepers, landscapers, and snow crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Plan and assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with estimating/sales staff to adjust pricing and proposals as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on sealcoating, snow maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sealcoating/snow maintenance or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of snow maintenance practices, sealcoating, and related equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment.
  • FT-40-50 hrs/wk
