NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Entry Level Packer - ALL SHIFTS

Packers needed in Lake City in fast paced food plant. No experience necessary. All shifts, hours and days vary. Pay is $16.00 with benefits, paid time off to start after being hired. Must be reliable and wanting to stay and become hired.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
  • Ensure consistent quality product is being produced
  • Follow all policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Follow directions from supervisors
  • Communicate any issues with supervisors
  • Requirements: Crew Members are needed to work their shift including weekends hours and times vary 3rd shift schedule which includes weekends, weekend hours are generally Friday 9pm-5:30am & Saturday 6pm to 2:30am
  • Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be reliable
  • Must want to be hired on permanently
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to stand long hours
  • Must be able to bend and lift repeatedly
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work accurately
  • Must have good attendance
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
