Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a MongoDB Architect. The MongoDB Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and software development process. They will also manage integration projects and provide project management support. The role is located in Richmond, VA, with requirement of onsite work.

Qualifications
Strong experience in software architecture and development
Expertise in MongoDB and database design
Experience in integration project management
Ability to design and develop scalable and high-performance systems
Proficiency in architectural design principles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
