This PART-TIME position offers a unique opportunity to learn our proven cleaning process and the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs. You will serve as a support role to fill in gaps in our schedule as needed, offering you a flexible schedule without nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation plan that allows you to influence your earnings.Key Responsibilities:Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid's standards to ensure satisfaction.Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.If acting as a team lead, manage schedules, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain cleaning equipment.Job Requirements:A team player with a great attitudeLegally authorized to work in the United States.Valid Driver's License Required.Must pass a background check.Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM or later, with flexibility to fit team needs.3 days/week minimum commitmentBilingual skills preferred to communicate effectively with clients.Ideal Candidate:Enjoys working with diverse teams and clients in various environments.Takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining attention to detail.Eager to learn new skills and apply them in a variety of settings.Passionate about helping people and enhancing their living spaces.How to Apply:If you're ready for a fresh start where you can be your best, apply today Upon meeting the job requirements, our system will schedule an immediate interview.You are applying to work for a franchise owner of Molly Maid, not Molly Maid SPV LLC or any of its affiliates.
