This on-site role involves working directly at job sites to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the transportation and organization of materials and equipment to job sites. Operate and oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe handling. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, conducting regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Oversee and track job progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay on schedule. Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Take proactive ownership of tasks, working independently when required. Foster strong client relationships by addressing their needs and providing clear, consistent project updates. Qualifications: Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and in a variety of weather conditions. 2+ years of construction experience is preferred, but were happy to train the right person. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions on-site. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift 75-100 lbs continuously in all-weather environments. Availability for a 50+ hour work week, primarily Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Punctual with consistent attendance and a valid drivers license required.
