Description Position at University Medical Partners OB/GYN PhysicianUniversity Medical Partners Stanford MedicinePleasanton, CAUniversity Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join our established outpatient clinic in Pleasanton, CA.Practice Details:Full-time employment opportunities availableFull-scope Women's Health services include preconception, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy, postpartum and postnatal care, gynecologic and obstetric care, in-office procedures, and specialized surgical carePhysicians see an average of 20 patients per day in clinicAverage delivery volume: 10-15 deliveries per monthAll OB deliveries performed at Stanford Tri-Valley Hospital with 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist to L&D, 24-hour Neonatologist, and 24-hour Pediatric HospitalistCall Schedule - 1:6Six (6) providers in the group: Four (4) general Ob/Gyn physicians and two Advanced Practice Clinicians (1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Physician Assistant)Robust ancillary support staffOpportunity to precept medical students, Physician Assistant students, and Family Medicine residents (coming in 2025)Access to Stanford University School of Medicine Faculty physiciansDiverse patient populationWhy Practice With UMP?Total Full-time compensation package approximately $558,000 annual2-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation starting at $325,000 (for 1.0 FTE)Approximately $192,000 annual Call payResidency Stipend $1,000 per month (up to 12 months)wRVU-based Productivity Incentive BonusUp to 10% annual performance incentivesSign-on BonusRelocation BonusRobust benefits packageAnnual 401k Safe Harbor and Profit-Sharing contributionsPTO plan includes paid Holidays, Extended Sick LeaveCME allowance, compensated out-of-office time for CME activities (up to 4 days per year)Multiple health plan options including $0 premium option for self and familyDental, Vision, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, Life InsuranceFull malpractice coverage includes Prior Acts coverage, if applicableMonthly gym membership and cell phone reimbursementPhysician-led, physician-managed multispecialty Medical GroupPartner with Stanford University School of Medicine FacultyEPIC Electronic Medical RecordsAbout UMP:University Medical Partners is a California professional corporation owned and led by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
