If you're passionate about leasing, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love new challenges, this opportunity is for you Responsibilities: Travel to various properties across the Phoenix Metro Area to provide leasing support as needed. Present apartments to prospective clients in an engaging and persuasive manner. Assist property teams in discovering suitable tenants and filling vacancies. Market properties through diverse advertising and digital media tools. Evaluate client needs and financial qualifications to deliver tailored leasing solutions. Stay informed about property features and amenities to provide accurate tours. Ensure properties meet company standards through on-site inspections. Negotiate lease terms and complete agreements with tenants. Maintain awareness of local market trends and competition. Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs. Skills: Excellent Customer-Service and People-Oriented Skills Minimum of 1-year as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry Fair housing certified (not required; will train) Proven track record of successful sales and negotiation techniques Computer literate & tech-savvy Creative in marketing - including digital media, and knowledgeable with various marketing tools Organized Administrative Skills Interpersonal Skills ( Energetic, friendly, outgoing, great character, team-player) Drive to Succeed Reliable, punctual, responsible and professional Must be willing to travel across the Phoenix Metro area The Perks: Competitive compensation plus incentive package.
