HR Coordinator , you will provide administrative support in the entire employee lifecycle administration from hire to retire. To be successful in this role, you will need to have outstanding employee relations skills, with a strong customer focus in an inclusive and diverse workforce. Our employees serve the best customers from all over the world – from general, business, and commercial aviation. You’ll be part of the reason our customers consider us a premier instrument, avionics, and aircraft power solutions provider. THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF… You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. You have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience. You have working knowledge of HR-related legislation, best practices, processes, programs, and technology. You are proficient with Microsoft Office. You have strong attention to detail. You are organized, focused, and results oriented. You have strong conflict resolution skills. You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills. You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker) You have experience with ADP HRIS system. You hold SHRM-CP/PHR certification. You have experience in the manufacturing industry. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT… Provide support to employees in various HR related areas such as leaves, benefits, payroll, performance management, and work to resolve any issue that may arise Assist in benefits administration Administer and process bi-weekly payroll for two locations Manage time and attendance to ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits open enrollment, food truck festival, employee recognition events and other celebrations Maintain organized electronic employee files and HR documents
