Commercial/Agriculture Loan Officer

Keystone Savings Bank is looking for a Commercial/Agriculture Loan Officer to work out of the Marengo/Victor, Iowa branches.

This is not a remote position.

This position is responsible for developing and managing a loan portfolio that meets established lending requirements.

Duties include the following:

Develops customer relationships, provides portfolio maintenance and various customer services as required

Manages full service of loans, primarily Agriculture and Commercial within Bank policies Coordinates with loan processing department to ensure all required documents are prepared

Sell new loans, on-going maintenance monitoring of loans booked, answer loan related questions or items directly with customers and support staff in the bank

Compliance with regulatory rules and regulations; complete bank training as necessary

Maintains collateral documentation, financial statements, and other lending activities. Reports status of loan portfolio to Board and Loan Committee

Stay abreast of trends, economies, and outlook

Collection and assistance of past due accounts

Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities, including business, charitable, civic, and social organizations to maintain a proper responsible citizen stature for the bank

Other duties as assigned

Requirements for this position include the following:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred

3-5 years' experience in banking, finance, or related field. Strong background in lending and operations. Experience loan processing preferred

Microsoft Office

Must be able to maintain high standards of confidentiality. Knowledge of financial products and services. Knowledge of government regulations pertaining to lending and products/services. Good administrative and organizational skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
