Do you have experience working as a Case Manager? Do you have a background working in collections? We have a position for you. We are currently looking for a Case Manager to join our client. This is a fully remote role; however, the temporary employee MUST live in Southern California. The ideal candidate has a background working with law firms or collections. This is a 2-3 month temporary role to cover a leave of absence. Apply now

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Works with attorney firms to evaluate personal injury cases
Provides recommendations from scheduler for providers
Scheduling patients
Updating client files
Answering phone calls/emails

Skills

Certified Case Manager (CCM) Scheduling Appointments Transcribing Notes Answering Phones Microsoft Office
