As a Digital Assets Analyst I within our IT department, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments. Together, we'll focus on forecasting, optimizing inventory, and ensuring the swift implementation of mobile devices, IoT devices, and telematics solutions for all of Estes' powered and non-powered equipment, as well as freight dimensioners, and forklift scales. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and field service members to ensure software assets and firmware versions are current and secure.   • Responsible for forecasting, order processing, inventory control, and shipment of digital assets and accessories for future Fleet installations
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide visibility into supported initiatives and campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to effectively forecast inventory needs for Fleet and Operations
  • Work with leadership and vendors to process new orders and RMA's as needed
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate installation of digital assets solutions on all powered and non-powered fleet assets
  • Support key internal stakeholders and third-party vendors with relevant data, processes, and program/project implementations
  • Continually identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with key stakeholders and third-party vendors for accurate billing reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to processes and procedures
  • Audit digital assets services, usage reports, and billing invoices to ensure adherence to SLA's and contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and field service members to manage software and firmware upgrades and patches, ensuring the compliance and security of digital hardware assets
  • Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:
  • College diploma/university degree or equivalent work experience showing proven results
  • 1 or more years of previous transportation, supply chain, warehousing, or similar experience required.
  • Previous experience with telematics solutions, IoT devices, mobile devices, dimensioners, and forklift scales in a fleet environment highly preferred.
  • Passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer-focused service to fellow co-workers and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, and written; demonstrated experience summarizing technical efforts and how they align to business outcomes required
  • Strong analytics experience to include intermediate Excel and SQL required. Experience with Power BI highly preferred.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes to perform job functions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data parameters
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently research solutions and provide suggestions of improvement
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand up/downstream data flow, strong analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion required
  • Ability to network across the organization with a collaborative style
  • Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or other service/asset management tools preferred
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job

  • Must be able to interact well with others
  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
