Juice Bar Shift Lead

We are teammates looking to grow the Clean Juice brand to one of the most premier and well-known in the world, while maintaining the highest standards in our people, product, and process. Shift Leads are our most capable Juicerista's and act as the managers on duty during their shifts. They ensure the delivery of a quality product and an exceptional guest experience. Shift Leads are efficient in opening and closing the business, empowered to make decisions and answer all guest questions. Shift Leads report to the General and Assistant Manager. Shift Lead Job Responsibilities : Initiative and Proactivity: Take the initiative in completing and delegating store tasks. Inventory Oversight: Support Managers by overseeing inventory and communicating low inventory items to management. May also be asked to source emergency inventory from a local store. Shift Leads are responsible for filling out the prep guides and temperature logs. Shift Management: Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts, ensuring that all Juicerista and Shift Leader tasks are completed to the highest standard. Training Support: Support in training new staff members and holding the team accountable to Clean Juice standards and procedures (ie. dress code, prep guides etc.) Labor Cost Monitoring: Monitor labor costs during the shift and make decisions to send staff members home if sales are lower than expected. Cash Handling: Handle and close out the cash drawer, and potentially make deposits at the bank before or after their shift. Promotion Eligibility: Eligible for promotions to management positions.
