Shift : Days

The community youll be caring for: AdventHealth Connerton

Specialty hospital for medically complex patients

Pulmonary and Vapotherm Center of Excellence

Staff consists of all Registered Respiratory Therapist, 65% BSN or above RNs, Current staff certifications include CCRN, PCCN, CNML, WCNC, NEA-BC, and RN-BC

Onsite BSN completion program partnership with South University with staff discounted rate

Simulation Lab and Clinical Transition Pilot Program

The role youll contribute:

Safely handles all packages that need to be posted or need to be received.

The value youll bring to the team:

Delivers and picks up hospital required items (films, specimens, mail, reports) from area hospitals and physicians offices

Communicates with offices to ascertain their needs regarding specimen pick-up and drop-off

Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and make decisions, asking for clarification when needed. Maintain flexibility as required

Ability to maintain schedule under time constraints

Employee job duties may include transport of hazardous materials from the point of generation to a designated delivery area. Employee will be required to complete initial training (prior to handling hazardous materials) and refresher training to include proper handling during pharmacy preparation.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

High School Education or equivalent

One year of technical experience

Valid state driver's license
