We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Product Owner to join our Asset Servicing division, accounting team. This Accounting Engineering group is expanding by taking on support and build out of new applications: InvestOne and NAV Solutions and looking to add members to newly built scrum teams. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Expertise in the financial industry space a must, with experience in the fund accounting space a major plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with internal and external clients
- Manages and provides direction to one or more teams of business analysts supporting one large system or multiple systems.
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of the business/industry.
- Participates in or leads cross-functional initiatives to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, providing enhancements and recommendations as needed.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in particular product, works with agile teams to define and prioritize multiple product backlogs while ensuring delivery of maximum value to the end users as quickly as possible.
- Understands business outcomes and impact of product decisions/trade offs.
- Provides insights into product roadmap, performance and key product metrics.
- Tailors standard procedures and policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Reviews final results and recommendations, providing direction as needed.
- Manage human capital resources and develops and monitors project plans and budgets.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
