Account Reconciliation Manage Customer accounts; Add/Close; make corrections; adjusting entries Termination/Charge offs Review and verify termination quote to payoff Insurance settlement: Title guarantee, payoffs, and termination checklists Purchase Orders Internal payments from FTC/Follow up for payments Wash/Sale / Trade-ins Account Terminations Title work for FTC DMV Team Skills: Invoicing, excel data entry, Invoice processing, Accounting, Purchase order, Payable, excel, excel formulas, Office applications, V-lookups, Aging report, Microsoft word, Microsoft office, Finance, Sap, Collection, Leasing, Subledger, Credits, Contract, Accounts receivable, Scanner, Outlook, Financial data, General ledger Top Skills Details: Invoicing,excel data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors of Science in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. • Must have a highly detail-oriented and organized approach. • Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
