Project Manager - Low Voltage K&W Electric, Inc. Position Overview We are currently hiring a Project Manager to oversee an expanding low voltage division within our company. This position is held at our Emmetsburg location. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, self?motivated, with exceptional decision?making skills. In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and other trades. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of installing, terminating and testing technology systems, fiber optic placing and splicing. Candidates with Nicet or BICSI knowledge are encouraged to apply. Candidates must adapt to changing work environments, be actively engaged in K&W Electric, Inc.s safety policies, and maintain a positive image of themselves and the company. Competitive Pay Medical Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Birthday Holiday Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401k with Company Match Company Sponsored Social Events Requirements Strong understanding of structured wiring and related technology Previous experience in low voltage or structured cabling Strong knowledge of installing, terminating, and testing technology systems, fiber optic placing and splicing Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and equipment drawings Knowledge of networking principles Exceptional decision making and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage personnel in the installation of low voltage cabling systems Ability to work independently, and on multiple projects simultaneously BICSI RCDD Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain A valid Drivers License with ability to meet company driving standards Two?year completion of an electrical program High School Diploma/Equivalency Successfully passing drug and background screenings Salary is negotiable, based on qualifications: electrical knowledge and previous experience.
