Our
Branch Officer
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school branch operations, including but not limited to, member services and Student Member Service Representatives at their location. They use their knowledge and pro-active problem solving skills to educate members about our products and services.
In addition, we are looking for math aptitude, keyboarding and 10 key skills.
Team Neches continues to be true to the credit union commitments. We are Family, Friends, Community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 -2 years Credit Union experience or a combination of cash handling and customer service experience
Knowledge of products, services and technology driven processes as it relates to the daily branch operations.
Show the aptitude to train and motivate employees
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Work independently while displaying initiative and decision making skills
Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Ability to work as a team player
A willingness to learn new processes
JOB SUMMARY:
Representing Neches FCU at Lumberton High School Branch, ensuring visibility and awareness of our branch
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the School Branch operations, including but not limited to: member services and Student MSRs
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Lumberton students, faculty, and staff.
Educating and informing about our products and services available at the Branch
Collaborating with faculty to foster and enrich financial literacy initiatives
Delivering exceptional member service by answering inquiries and resolving members concerns promptly and effectively
Oversee Student MSR performance by coaching, training and motivating
Reinforce the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and core values by promoting a commitment to Signature Service
Host: N-Spire events as needed
Create a fun environment of teamwork and comradery
Other duties as assigned
Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:15AM – 3:15PM. Some after hours work may be required.
