Job Title FP&A Analyst Job Description As a Financial Analyst, you will become part of the North America Commercial Finance function where you will help deliver quality financial support for the business.As a Financial Analyst in the North America Commercial Finance team, you'll provide key financial insights to support business decisions. This includes analyzing performance, forecasting, and helping develop strategies to improve profitability. You'll work with various teams to ensure financial goals are met, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide business growth and efficiency.
Your role will be essential in supporting planning, budgeting, and evaluating new opportunities. Key Responsibilities What You Will Do:
Work closely with Commercial Finance and Regional leadership to develop accurate and timely annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment between stakeholders and systems
Prepare and oversee the development, maintenance, and distribution of relevant and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and analysis of financial and non-financial data to be published for the Country's leadership team
Regularly Develop ad-hoc models to support business decisions and growth initiatives
Evaluate and develop new performance analytics requirements by leveraging seIn this role, you'll work closely with the Commercial Finance and Regional leadership teams to create accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring everyone is aligned. You'll also handle the preparation and distribution of regular financial and performance reports, helping leadership stay informed with reliable daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
A key part of your job will be building ad-hoc models to support business decisions and growth, as well as analyzing data from multiple sources to provide valuable insights to Finance and Business leaders. You'll look for ways to improve efficiency by automating routine tasks and processes wherever possible.
You'll dig into monthly performance results, offering in-depth analysis and driving actionable recommendations. This role also involves detailed investigation into financial transactions, and you'll need to get comfortable with the systems and tools the Commercial Finance team uses.
Your role includes helping address queries from the Group Reporting team, ensuring all reporting controls are in place and functioning smoothly. You'll also support broader company projects, such as speeding up the month-end close, implementing new reporting systems, and integrating data after acquisitions.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics within a SaaS business. A strong understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR drivers, and P&L, along with knowledge of Revenue Recognition rules like IFRS and GAAP, is essential. You'll need advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, high energy, and a real passion for contributing to the success of the team and company. You'll need to be a self-starter who builds strong relationships across teams and thrives in a hands-on environment where you can get to the root of the numbers. Excellent communication and influencing skills are a must, as well as a bachelor's degree (additional qualifications are a plus).

Perform detail data investigation and transaction research activities
Embrace and Master available systems and tools utilized by the Commercial Finance Team
Assist in providing feedback to specific queries raised by the Group Reporting team
Ensure reporting controls are set up and working as expected; drive continuous improvement in the local financial control process in conjunction with the global controls team
Support Group-wide and regional ad hoc projects, such as standardized reporting, faster month end close process, reporting system implementations, reporting integration of an acquisition, etc.
Skills Required:
3+ years previous experience in finance, accounting and/or performance analytics in a SaaS-based business
Strong technical understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR drivers and full P&L, including Revenue Recognition rules (IFRS, GAAP)
Proficient with MS Office tools, and Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, if/then statements
Solid systems experience with proven ability to learn new systems quickly (large ERP, HFM, Adaptive, Einstein or similar)
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Passionate, energetic, inquisitive and driven to contribute to Company and team success.
High level of initiative, work ethic, and self-motivation
Able to build strong collaborative relationships within the business and across Finance pillars
Enjoys working in a hands-on environment and has a genuine interest in understanding the factors behind the numbers
Strong intellect and excellent influencing skills. Confident in opinions and able to communicate them in a convincing manner
Fluent and lucid written style suitable for communication at highest levels
Well-developed presentation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree is required, additional degrees or certifications preferred
