Experience in leading Data Strategy, Database Replatforming and Architecture for medium to large IT transformation programs. Strong Financial Services industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking domain. Knowledge of US/UK/Europe insurance regulatory guidelines and data/information security requirements. Hands-on expertise to come up with Enterprise-level Data Strategy, Design Databases to support enterprise applications and physical data modelling according to project requirements for data acquisition and security. Strong technical background with hands-on technical expertise and experience in leading the technical team across various technologies related to On-premises / Cloud Database Technologies including PostgreSQL, DB2, UDB, AWS DMS Services and DevOps Toolsets. Strong hands-on experience in building logical data models, Data Quality, Data security. Will be required to support database administrators, network designers and IT personnel to create effective and secure methods for data backup and recovery. Research new technologies, data modelling methods and information management systems to determine which ones should be incorporated into enterprise data architectures and develop implementation timelines and milestones. Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client business and technology leadership to provide data strategy and architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking), trusted consultant to develop need and respective data solutions across the enterprise. Review existing data architectures to determine overall effectiveness and compliance with original objectives, develop comprehensive strategies for improving or replacing underperforming areas. Behavioral and Teaming responsibilities Align and interface with CxOs across business & IT to ensure data solutions are relevant to clients' enterprise architecture. Provide data architect expertise to solution, delivery, and portfolio enablement team during development of PoC and prototypes. Consultative approach to building client relationship and trust. Strong self-starter with the leadership abilities to effectively build, develop and manage relationships with internal and client stakeholders. Experience of working with waterfall, agile and hybrid development teams. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload. Other Desired Skills:

Innovation, Inquisitive mind, endless curiosity, and passion for learning about customers, industries, and new approaches to doing things, how end users perform their jobs, industry challenges and solutions. Qualification:

Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
