Job Title: Human Resource Specialist
Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and overall employee relations. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings and effectively screen candidates to identify the best talent for our practices and administrative office.
Onboarding and Training:
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and providing training on benefits, company policies, and procedures.
Training Program Management:
Oversee and track our training system, ensuring the successful implementation and completion of annual training programs.
Employee Relations:
Provide support to office managers and staff in handling employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in benefit administration by participating in renewals and market reviews.
Communicate benefit information and conduct training sessions for employees.
Reconcile benefit enrollments and invoicing processes.
HR/Payroll Support:
Collaborate with the HR/Payroll department as needed, offering valuable assistance in various HR functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Knowledge of benefit administration and payroll procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
