Senior Associate, Nutrition - Add-OnsFactor_ a brand of HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Associate, Nutrition - Add-Ons. This position will oversee the nutrition activities of the add-ons portfolio as well as provide support to the broader nutrition team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, weekly nutrition analysis and labeling tasks, nutrition innovation approvals for dietary and supplements, regulatory compliance of product and supplement labels, and claims approvals.You will Develop and uphold nutrition and ingredient standards for the add-ons portfolioComplete exploratory product approvals and proactively seek feedback from stakeholdersConduct evidence-based research reviews and competitive market analyses for new products and make firm recommendations on usageComplete weekly nutrition analysis of in-house add-on productsAudit physical and digital product labels to ensure accurate nutrition/ingredient/allergen informationMaintains product specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy Attend in-person add-on tasting sessions to provide nutrition feedbackConduct regulatory reviews of packaging, ensuring adherence to FDA and USDA regulationsAssist with special projectsYou areDetail-oriented - You possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a methodical approach to your workOrganized- able to handle multiple, sometimes changing, priorities in a fast paced environment and can work in timeframes with fast deadlines Collaborative - You are prepared to work collaboratively across teams and functionsAn excellent communicator - You can explain information & have strong written communication skills to a variety of audiencesA self-starter - You are highly motivated and passionate about nutrition.
