As a Retail Sales Consultants you'll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. Serving as the point of contact between our business and our customers. This position has a wide range of responsibilities. The most important would be identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information related to our products and services. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current in all the ways we work to meet our customers' needs.We are actively looking for individuals with professional experience in front-facing customer services positions that are driven to exceed in sales, while still creating a positive experience for the customer look forward to returning. We are fostering an atmosphere of integrity and trust for our sales team. Selling products and services by discovering needs to prospective customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and returning customer Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Participate in weekly competition Staying up to date on product and services we offer to consumers Engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers Recommend and introduce new products and services Problem solving when interacting with customers Other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications: Three or more years of work experience Ability to offer a complete top-down sales solution to provide product insights and solution recommendation Previous customer facing sales and customer service experience Professional appearance Clear and concise communicationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Being knowledgeable and proactive in learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Closing skills Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Self-confidence Product knowledge Presentation skills Motivation for salesRequires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, lifting infrequently.
