You'll be driving an average of 2,100 miles each week, with the option for additional miles depending on your preferences. The routes are concentrated in the Northeast region, where you'll primarily handle no-touch freight using drop-and-hook methods. Proficiency in operating a 10-speed manual truck is essential for this role, ensuring smooth and efficient trips.

We offer competitive pay, with weekly earnings averaging between $1,100 and $1,600, and a minimum pay guarantee of $1,060 to ensure financial stability. This position is based out of Dover, Delaware zip code, 19902, making it an ideal location for drivers looking to maximize time on the road while maintaining a balanced home life.

You'll start with a three-day orientation where we'll cover your travel, lodging, meals, and provide compensation. We equip our fleet with modern, reliable trucks such as 2016 or newer International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths. Each truck is fitted with a 1500-watt inverter and Opti-idle technology to enhance your comfort while on the road. There's also the option to take your truck home, provided a safe parking location is available.

We require drivers to be at least 21 years old, possess a valid CDL A license, and have at least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year, or one year of experience within the last three years.
