Job Title: Welder/Fitter

Job Description

Join our team as a Welder/Fitter on the first shift, with a starting wage of $20.50-$21.25 per hour. This role involves performing MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication on structural steel or stainless steel. Responsibilities include following blueprints to accurately perform fitting and fabrication of parts, grinding and prepping parts for welding, cutting parts to size using a tape measure, and daily use of an overhead crane. Additionally, you will assist with shop cleaning during downtime.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Canton, Ohio.
Work Environment

First shift hours are from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, with lunch from 11:00 to 11:30 am. The environment includes a small shop with many tenured employees, operating in conditions that can be cold in winter and hot in summer, dimly lit, and occasionally noisy. The facility is spacious, organized, and prioritizes safety.
