Overview: Job Summary:

Assists the ProAct IT department with requests for reports from clients, management, and staff in an accurate, organized and timely manner.

Helps with the management/audit of daily, monthly, ad-hoc and quarterly standardized reporting requests. Utilizes CRM system to document and respond to requests making sure SLAs are met.

Responsibilities: Job Duties: Responsible for preparing standard reports for clients, management and staff utilizing the ProAct suite of reporting tools which include Microstrategy and SSRS Responsible for providing support to current team members in terms of reporting and content clarification Assists with running reports and actively participates in all aspects of the ProAct reporting environment Assists in data file error reporting processes Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Minimum:

High School Diploma Preferred:

Associates Degree or higher Experience Preferred:

Preferred: 1-year previous experience in a health benefits related field Must be proficient with prior experience using Excel Must possess knowledge of security concepts applicable to this role and function.

Special Conditions of Employment: Drug test Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$16-20.00 per hour.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
