Pay: Starting at $16.00 an hour

- Perform daily accounting duties regarding work orders for services rendered by ABRA Auto Body.
- Monitor ABRA office performance on a daily basis.
- Maximize efficiency by scheduling workload appropriately among the team.
- Ensure quality control for all administrative work being completed.
- Work with estimators and technicians to provide a positive guest experience.
- Ensure guests remain informed of the status of the work being completed on their vehicles.
- Provide status reports to the ABRA Manager on a regular basis.
- Update rental companies on the status of vehicles for guests.
- Order supplies for the office staff when necessary.
- Work with insurance companies regarding claim information.
- Prior experience working in an auto body, repair shop, or dealership setting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Upbeat and positive attitude is a must.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
