**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Work with inside sales and managers for order/ invoice corrections.

* Review transaction adjustments received for accurate descriptions, quantities, and value.

* Review order credits and rebills are entered correctly and accurately in the ERP system.

* Assists sales with the credit and rebill procedures and return process.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED**

* Proven problem-solving skills, including attention to detail

* Can work independently with limited supervision

* PC proficient; familiar with MS Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Ability to follow-through

* Strong oral and written communications, that reflect a professional, business approach

* Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
