We are one team, working together to get things done.Job Description:Office Location:Abilene, Texas, United StatesSCOPE/CONTACTS: Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate accounting history on all notes. Also, "hands on" accountability for all notes held in a secured area. There is frequent contact with customers, lending staff, other Holding Company Banks, loan assistants, and other banks by phone.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Accept and process note payments, new notes and renewed notes including data input to the system for multiple banks.Accurately and efficiently input new loans within Bank's core loan systemCommunicate effectively with customers in person and on the phone. Assist lending staff and backroom departments with loan related questions.Become familiar with our loan systems that you can be relied upon to recognize problems.Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and mathematical skills normally acquired by a high school graduate.Twelve to eighteen months banking or similar administrative experience required. Loan operations experience preferred. Type 45 wpm, 10 key by touch.The following qualities of performance are important to this position: attention to detail, reliability, initiative, interpersonal, professional demeanor and speed.
