About Us:
RFgen is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. We are a dynamic and innovative company, and we value individuals who bring effective communication, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning.
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting highly technical projects within RFgen. Reporting directly to senior project managers and working closely with the Director of Professional Services, you will contribute to the successful implementation of project goals. Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with senior project managers to implement project goals.
Understanding/learning software development life cycle methodologies and applying them appropriately.
Providing direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
Reviewing project activities and deliverables to ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
Coordinating with senior project managers and project technical leads to maintain project schedule and efficiency.
Assisting in procuring items necessary for completing project goals across departments.
Participating in project management meetings and proposing improvements.
Leading small to medium-sized projects in support of the overall project management team.
Aiding project managers in reviewing system data entry for completeness and accuracy.
Establishing positive rapport and working relationships with assigned customers.
Tracking, reporting, and escalating project issues and risks within 24 hours.
Overseeing month-end billing activities for the Professional Services team and coordinating with Finance to respond to invoice-related requests from customers.
Serving as an acting project manager to provide coverage when needed.
Entering complete and accurate project-related plans and data into the project management system.
Maintaining excellent communication with a positive attitude.
Performing other functions as deemed necessary by the Director of Professional Services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration with a project management focus preferred.
1+ years of proven and successful experience in a project management or coordinator role.
1+ years of experience in performing or assisting in project management and reporting on small to medium-sized projects preferred.
Exceptional customer experience management skills with a focus on delivery.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
Eager to learn and grow in a Project Management role.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
Experience in the information technology industry preferred but not required.
