Join usAs Director, EHS this position will be responsible for the overalldirection and scope of the EHS function within the Forged Productsbusiness unit. This will include management of EHS Managers at allForged Products production sites, strong leadership of continuousimprovement, strategic leadership of both safety and environmentalstrategy and compliance, and leadership at an enterprise-level for allfunctions within the EHS function. A successful Director, EHS willquickly grasp ATI\'s processes and business culture, assess where theorganization is from a safety and environmental standpoint, successfullycommunicate both up and down the organization, and possess a strongcontinuous improvement mindset. Essential Functions (other duties may beassigned) Overall organizational environmental and safety compliance.Provide strategic direction for the planning and development of goals.Provide oversight and direct improvements to the EHS Management System.Provide oversight for applicable air, water, and waste permitting andinterface with ATI Legal as necessary. Evaluate capital projects forpotential environmental and safety impacts. Utilize ContinuousImprovement tools in all aspects of Provide oversight for the Workers\'Compensation Process.
