HR Credentialing Specialist

Essential duties and responsibilities

•Ensures that all employees are compliant with the mandatory requirements for employment and professional licenses.

•Notifies staff upon upcoming expiration of credentialing documents and ensures receipt of renewal evidence.

•Ensures that all employees meet their required mandatory training, keeps records of in-services and files employee's certificate of attendance in the employee personnel folder.

•Audit and maintain employee files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

•Collect and verify all necessary licenses and credentials for staff members.

•Create and manage detailed employee files.

•Optimize existing processes and implement improvements for efficiency.

•Track and monitor credentialing processes to ensure timely completion.

•Maintain and update templates used for credentialing to reflect best practices.

•Collaborate with HR Coordinator to support compliance and operational needs.

•Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the Senior HR.

QUALIFICATIONS

•1 years of HR or General Administrative experience preferably within Healthcare.

•Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

•Strong computer skills to include: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Expert organizational, task-management, leadership, creativity, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

•Naturally outgoing and friendly attitude with personal commitment and passion for service excellence in order to consistently deliver and demonstrate service standards to our internal customers.

•Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy.

•Must be well organized, able to work under pressure and handle several projects at one time meeting deadlines.

•Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Power Point).List other factors including soft skills, ideal candidate qualifications, etc
