DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas, is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our growing National Accounts Facilities department The manager working in this role will lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of Account Managers, who each have multiple direct reports. We are seeking a senior manager who has a minimum of (5) years of experiencing successfully managing other managers and their teams.Primary responsibilities:Provide leadership and general management of Account Managers including quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employeesAbility to work in an unstructured and ambiguous environmentDevelop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitabilityMonitor operating budgets and action plans to meet those objectivesReview, evaluate, and measure employee performance against goals and standards. Conduct performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide counseling with targeted improvement action plan as neededDevelop relationships with our National Accounts customers; seek feedback, provide updates, and ensure their problems are resolved timelyRegularly attend and lead management or team meetingsWork closely with other teams and departments to drive salesReview monthly financial/operational reportsAssist with interviewing, hiring, and trainingAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a team of managersMinimum three (3) years of cross-functions experience with customer service, developing policies and/or product management.Minimum two (2) years of experience in creating and managing budget projections and analyzing P&L'sBachelor's Degree strongly preferredLeadership experience in a high accountability culture and metrics driven environmentMust have a valid Driver's license and good driving recordProficient with Windows based programs and ERP systemsProven experience working in a fast-paced environmentWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
