Dive into a role where every weekend holds the potential for transformative change, as you dedicate a minimum of 5 billable hours per day to your craft.Compensation and LocationCompensation: $22.00 - $28.00/hour (DOEBenefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Location: Riverside, California (CA)Your essential duties and responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting our dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide invaluable feedback and direction.You'll be instrumental in shaping behavior analytic skills, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.But it doesn't stop there. As a CS, you'll be the linchpin in maintaining compliance, fostering effective communication with parents, and collaborating seamlessly with funding sources. Your passion for excellence will shine through as you conduct assessments, facilitate parent training, and champion best practices within our organization. Are you up for the challenge?Applicant requirements include:A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services.
