Applying knowledge of budget practices, regulations, and operating procedures to assist with the formulation and execution of budgets. Applying established guidelines and techniques to advise and assist Accountants on administrative and analytical projects. Overseeing Assisting in the Payroll Program for the District and/or as well as Government Travel Card Program for the district. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). GS-11 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying analytical and technical skills to conduct a comprehensive analysis of internal controls, accounting requirements, and financial program administration; Assisting to produce integrated finance and accounting reports; guiding aiding the preparation of audit sample documentation, funding requests, cost transfers, and other financial reporting requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). Time in Grade Requirement GS-09: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
