SEM Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns across various platforms. As our SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEM strategies, optimizing campaigns, and providing insightful reports to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEM.
- Google Ads Certified.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SEM, including SEO, PPC, and event tracking on Google and Bing platforms.
- Strong command of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Capacity to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Applicants need to be Florida Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEM strategies encompassing SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and event tracking to drive qualified leads for clients.
- Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of Search campaigns, including ad copy development, target demographic recommendations, and ensuring campaign efficiency and success.
- Continuously analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Generate client-friendly reports and insights on a routine basis to communicate campaign performance effectively.
- Provide monthly billing information from all SEM platforms to our internal Finance team.
- Implement, manage, and monitor conversion tracking within Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay informed about the latest SEM trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other digital marketing channels such as social media advertising, display advertising, or CTV.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
