Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow all safety and sanitation policies, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor, adapting to operational needs. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.
