TIG Welder

_This is a temp to hire position_

*Responsibilities*
* Safely and efficiently operate equipment
* Blueprint reading and fit-up skills
* TIG weld with sheet metal and light plate
* Perform all required quality checks to ensure parts meet customer requirements
* Using the correct measuring equipment and tools to perform quality checks
* Maintain and store all tools and inspection tools
* Optimize each process to produce the most efficient and productive process possible
* Maintain fixtures
* Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance
* Participate in continuous improvement processes

*Requirements*
* 3+ years of TIG welding experience with sheet metal and light plate
* Ability to read blueprints
* Ability to perform basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
* Ability to convert metric to imperial
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Must have own tools
