Role Description This is a full?time on?site role for an Assistant Project Manager, located in Woodbridge, VA. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project planning and execution, overseeing expediting tasks, coordinating logistics, and conducting quality inspections to ensure project requirements are met. The role includes assisting with scheduling, vendor communication, and on?site support to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Qualifications Experience and competencies in expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery and resource management. Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution capabilities. Familiarity with inspection and quality assurance procedures for HVAC systems and related projects. Knowledge of logistics management, including coordination of materials, suppliers, and operational schedules. Excellent problem?solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with vendors. Ability to work in an on?site capacity and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in HVAC systems or a related industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
