Clerk III

Job Description

Regions Hospital is looking for an outstanding Clerk III to support our onsite Employee Health and Wellness department. This role is the first point of contact by phone or in person for employees and visitors to Employee Health and Wellness, and is responsible for maintaining workflow at the reception desk. This includes answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and registering employees in EPIC as needed for services. The Clerk III also performs general office services including office supply inventory control, mail sorting and distribution, photocopying, faxing, and scanning, and preparing monthly staff meeting minutes. Additionally, this role is responsible for department recordkeeping and maintenance, including assisting with regulatory audits as needed.

Work Schedule:

• Day shift, Fridays.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of clerical experience.

Additional Information:

This is a non-union 0.2 FTE (16 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $19.26-$27.24 per hour, based on years of experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is not eligible for benefits. We offer an onsite employee fitness center and an onsite employee clinic to make it more convenient for our staff to get the care they need, and have a Center for Employee Resilience that provides support and evidence-based practices to bring relief and build resiliency.
