These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSet up and operate more than one type of CNC Machine. MAZAK ST450 LATHE- program machine using Mazatrol software on the machine control. Use manual functions to improve run times and reduce non-value time.Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.Load and unload material and align material to specs.Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.Familiarity with machines controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN and or Siemens. Proficient in one and adaptable to in-house control.Edit program as needed to achieve conformant machined components.Maintain traceability of machined components.Handle special projects as assigned.Follow company regulations for a safe and healthy workspace.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSExperience with Mazatrol conversational controls is preferred.Experience with drill pipe and drilling components is also preferred.Ability to make minor offsets to tooling to keep tolerances.Ability to read prints and measuring equipment to a .001'' tolerance.Punctual, well organized and focused.WIS Employees eligible for Referral Bonus*Hourly Rate dependent on Candidate experience level and skillset*Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Day shift, Weekends as NeededAbility to commute/relocate:Odessa, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Machining: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
