Successful candidates should have 7-10 years experience in federal contract administration, preferably in research and development. Responsibilities include preparing proposals including pricing, negotiation, contracts administration, and closeout. Strong skills in proposal pricing, negotiation, working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, Grants, Subcontracting, Word and Excel. Attention to detail is a must. Experience with US export law and regulations for Dept. of Commerce and State, including licensure is a plus. Must be detailed and multi-task oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is desirable as is being eligible for a Government clearance. Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISP requirements is a plus. US Citizenship is required.
