Job Description

Relocation Available Reporting to the Director of Finance Site Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial control in the RRD Global Turnkey site in Plover WI, including: Development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures to achieve a strong level of financial discipline; ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, Group and Corporate requirements; supporting the Senior Management Team at the site and group level in areas such as strategic planning and commercial decision making; pro-actively reviewing and recommending areas for improvement of financial performance; development of the necessary systems and disciplines to meet reporting timelines and content;
Responsibilities:
Provide Leadership to the Plover based finance function.
Take responsibility for the integrity and timely availability of Monthly Management Accounts, Quarterly reports, Weekly Forecasts & other ad hoc reporting requirements for the Plover site.
Ensuring Operations are supported with accurate and timely financial and operating information to allow them maximize efficiency without compromising quality standards;

Effective Direct Labour costing and tracking.
Maintaining highest standards of inventory control
Achieving planned levels of productivity improvement

Management of the annual budget/quarterly forecasting/weekly projection process.
Credit control of all customer receivables.
Understanding customer requirements and ensuring that they are delivered to specification, on time and within budget;
Take responsibility for the efficiency of the finance function and drive continuous improvement through each area of the finance function. Continuously developing the existing structure and team;
Developing effective working relationships with all direct reports. Ensuring a positive employee relations climate which facilitates maximum employee engagement and ensure compliance with local HR legislation.
Ensuring that all Regional/Group/Corporate policies are implemented and applied to ensure a high level of internal control in line with GAAP (generally accepted accounting practices), statutory requirements and Group policies and guidelines.
As a member of the senior management teams in Plover, contribute to the development of the site location
Assess the cost effectiveness of capital, materials, labor, and other spending on a continual basis and recommend areas of cost, profit, and R.O.I. improvement.
Monitor cash flow management to ensure cash flow is optimized.
Work with the Supply Chain Management team, and Operations Management, to establish, monitor and audit procedures to ensure the integrity of movement, accuracy, level, and costing of inventory
Ensuring an up-to-date awareness of business issues/potential issues for the site, the wider GTS business & for the Finance group.
Perform other duties as assigned by GTS management representatives within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A qualified accountant, CPA, CMA or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management position, ideally in a manufacturing organization
High energy level and strong work ethic.

Effective communication both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to team with a variety of people to achieve business objectives
Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities

Additional Information

Thenational pay range for this role is $81200 to $133700 / year. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package.
